The founder and CEO of EEH Ventures, Eitan Eldar, was interviewed for a press release published by prlog. In the interview, he explained that there might be a temporary price drop of residential real estate in the UK, but prices will bounce back.
“We might see a 5%-10% decrease in residential real estate prices after lockdown, which will last for a few years, but in the long run, the UK’s residential real estate market is a safe investment”, said Eldar.
