As published in Walla, group led by a foreign investor acquires 33% of a company that the holdings of Sagiel will be transferred to.

Main shareholders of Sagiel investments announced the stockmarket that according to the agreement that was signed, the Mahony company in cooperation with Eitan Eldar and Roy Gil, will hold 33% of a private company that will syndicate all the private holdings of Sagiel investments.
